The e-project challenge is designed to develop project team and leadership skills together with remote, international team working through a real time project that will run over four weeks. You will be able to interact with one another through our online portal and by using a variety of associated technologies.

Your team of up to 20 people will be given an objective and you will determine how it will be delivered, creating the plan and ensuring delivery.

Each week you will produce a diary detailing your involvement in the work and your personal view as to progress. At the end of the project the team will provide a group presentation summarising the project and measuring success.

There are two challenges per month, starting on either the 1st of the 15th of each month.
