A fundamental part of successful project management is the efficient management of project finances. To many project managers the world of finance is a mystery and is left to resource within an organisation that specialises in this area. This course focuses on the important elements of project finance, from concept through to handover, and will enable individuals involved in the project management lifecycle to gain an understanding of common terminology and increase confidence in making appropriate financial decisions in the project environment.
The course considers project costing and cashflow, investment appraisal as part of the Business Case and project yields.
The course runs over two weeks and requires approximately 5 hours input per week. Since the course is held online, you can interract at a time that suits you.
